  • Kathryn Destroismaison  - Effie was such a lovely person!
Effie was a long-time neighbor of my Grammie (Jane Tabor) who lived a few doors down the hall for many years at Bruyere Gardens. My children LOVED to come knock on her door because she always found something sweet to give them...a Hershey Kiss or a beanie baby toy. "Miss Effie" was a sweet, loving, refreshing light of a woman. I'm so sorry for your family's loss. Speaking with her always made me smile. She was a delight to talk with, and reminded me of the type of love and traditional class of my own beloved Memere. She spoke so lovingly when she told me about her family. My prayers and thoughts are with you. God Bless Effie and you.
  • James "Micho" Chaparas  - Aunt Effie
Aunt Effie was one of the sweetest kindest persons I have ever met. She had such a warm loving way about her. She was alwas there with a warm smile and a big hug. She is greatly missed, but I am ccomforted by the thoughts of her being reunited with her parents, siblings, husband and all who have gone before. Condolences, warm hugs and prayers to the family, friends and all who's lives she touched.
