Daniel Ruiz, 35, of Lowell, beloved husband of Yasmin (Rivera) Ruiz, died Monday evening at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington after a lengthy illness.
Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, September 7, 1975, the son of Margarita (Montanez) Ruiz and the late Pablo Ruiz, Sr., he attended Lowell Schools and was a graduate of Lowell Middlesex Academy in 1996.
A great son, wonderful husband, exceptional father, loving brother and caring uncle and grand uncle to many, Danny was loved by all that knew him and will be missed by his many friends.
Besides his mother and wife, he is survived by three sons Daniel A. Ruiz, Jonathan M. Ruiz and Nathaniel A. Ruiz all of Lowell; three sisters Carmen Colon, Ana Ruiz and Martina Figueroa all of Lowell; five brothers Gabriel Ruiz, Jesus Ruiz, Reinaldo Ruiz, Pablo Ruiz, Jr. and Marco Ruiz; and many nieces and nephews.
He was also the brother of the late Wilson Arroyo, the late Adela Concepcion and the late Justa Hernandez.
Friends may call at the O’DONNELL FUNERAL HOME 276 PAWTUCKET ST. at Fletcher from 4 to 8 P.M. Thursday. His Funeral Service will be celebrated Friday morning at LOWELL’S FIRST CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE, 1195 Varnum Ave. in Lowell at 10 o’clock. Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery in Chelmsford.
