Only knowing Mr. Soyden through Helen's memories, I wish I could have known him. Being a retired Marine myself, I am very proud of our Veterans such as Mr. Soyden. He had fought in some of the most severe conflicts in the Pacific Theater and made it back home. Marines such as Louis are what made this country the Land of the Free. May he live forever in the memories of those who were blessed to know him. God bless!

I remember going to Uncle Louis' house to visit when I was younger. He was always so warm and inviting. I remember him smiling and laughing. A good example of how we should live our lives. He will live on in our memories, until we meet again....
