  • Frances & Bob Rubino  - A Very Bright Star Has Dimmed
My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Isabelle some years. We had dinner together and enjoyed her wonderful spirit, intelligence and enthusiasm for everything. Our meeting had to do with our mutual interest in genealogy. She was the wife of my second cousin, Herbert Westover, son of Edmond & Mary Catherine (Wayne) Westover. To her family, please accept our sincere sympathies; she was so proud of you all as she mentioned in her letters and notes to me over the years. You are all in my prayers at this very sad time. But please keep in mind; you were so blessed with having her in your life. With deepest sympathies for your loss, Frances (St. John) Rubino
