  • Buck  - Former Co-Worker and Friend
I was shocked to learn of Chris's passing earlier this week. I worked with Chris both in Salem and Nashua until 2001. I taught him all I knew about configuring systems, and he taught me & my sons everything he knew about playing guitar, from technique, instruments, and electronics, to band dynamics. More importantly, I gained a far greater appreciation of music and the craft of making music because of him. Through Chris, I was able to help my sons get started writing & playing music, which continues to this day. Though my sons never met Chris, they also feel the loss, and they will always carry a piece of him with them throughout their musical journey. They are part of his musical legacy... Rock on, brother!
  • Linda Tesini  - Co-worker and Friend
Rest in peace Chris, you fought so hard and courageously. You will be missed and certainly your friends and co-workers at HP were so lucky to have you worked with you. Bless your family and may their heart-ache lessen with each passing day. Wishing the DaCunha family comfort during this difficult time.

"The tide recedes but leaves behind bright seashells on the sand. The sun goes down, but gentle warmth still lingers on the land. The music stops, and yet it echoes on in sweet refrains..... For every joy that passes, something beautiful remains" Chris lives on in everyone he touched with his kindness, his music, his sense of humor and his passion for life. We will hold you in our hearts forever.

  • Ken Bates  - Taken too soon
Chris was way too young and talented to be taken from us so soon. I am lucky to have known him as a friend and fellow musician. I'll always remember the fun times we had and memorable experiences. May God smile down upon him as we remember his smile. In the words of a song Chris once wrote: Its not so hard to give a smile to all your friends on that lonesome mile. I pray that your mile is not lonesome and that you find peace. You will be sorely missed. Love you like a brother!! Ken
