 Lillian M. (Bulette) Garthe, 93, of the Acre section of Lowell, died Wednesday, May 29th at her home with her loving family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Norman Garthe.
 Born in Concord, Massachusetts, December 15, 1919, the daughter of the late Frank and the late Amanda (Laine) Bulette, she attended Acton schools and was a graduate of Acton High School.
 Before retiring, Mrs. Garthe was employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Wingate at Belvedere, formerly known as Beaconcrest for over 12 years.
 Among her many enjoyments, she enjoyed reading and spending quality time with her family and friends.
 Mrs. Garthe is survived by four daughters Janice Shackleford of Hollis, NH and Emilie Milinazzo, Pamela Ayotte and her husband Roger all of  Lowell and Peggy Garthe of Colorado; five sons David N. Garthe of Wyndham, ME, Richard D. Garthe and his wife Bonnie of Westford, MA, Henry L. Garthe and his wife Linda of Lowell, MA, Erik O. Garthe and his wife Joanne of Joppa, MD and Donald Garthe of Lowell, MA; thirty-three grandchildren; thirty-three great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter; a brother Henry Bulette of Littleton, MA; several nieces and nephews; and her cockatiel “Petey”.
 She was also grandmother of the late Cynthia Shackleford and Gary K. Garthe; sister of the late Annie Lehto; and mother-in-law of the late Charles Shackleford, Joseph Milinazzo and Violet Garthe.
 
GARTHE - In Lowell, May, 29, 2013, at home, Lillian M. (Bulette) Garthe, 93, of Lowell, wife of the late Norman Garthe. Friends may call at the O'DONNELL FUNERAL HOME 276 PAWTUCKET ST. at Fletcher from 11 to 1 P.M. Tuesday.
