Retired Lowell teacher, 82

 

 Ann E. Cullen, 82, a retired Lowell school teacher and lifelong resident of the city, died Tuesday, September 24th at Lowell General Hospital/Main Campus.
 Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, August 5, 1931, the daughter of the late John T. and the late Alice M. (Flynn) Cullen, she attended Lowell schools and was a graduate of Lowell High School in the Class of 1949. She then went on to graduate with a teaching degree from Lowell State Teachers College (now known as U/Mass Lowell) in 1953. Later, Miss Cullen received her Master’s Degree in Education from Fitchburg State Teachers College.
 She was communicant of St. Patrick Church in Lowell.
 Before retiring, Miss Cullen was a teacher at The Morey School in Lowell for more than 40 years.
 Ann is survived by many good friends, among them, her dear friends Margaret Lenzi of Lowell and Patricia A. O’Brien and her husband William J. of Lowell.
 She was predeceased by her brother John who died in 2003 and her brother Richard who died in 2005.
 At her request, there will be no calling hours. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Friday morning at ST. PATRICK CHURCH in Lowell at 10 o’clock. Please Meet at Church. Burial in St. Patrick Cemetery. E-condolences at
