Constance F. “Connie” O’Neill


 
 Constance F. “Connie” (Bello) O’Neill, 89, of Tyngsboro, former longtime resident of the Pawtucketville section of Lowell, died Monday, May 26th at D’Youville Senior Care Center in Lowell. She was the beloved wife of John L. O’Neill of 67 years.
 Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, April 19, 1925, the daughter of the late Antonio and the late Constance (Correia) Bello, she received her education in the Lowell school system.
 Connie worked in the City Mills and before retiring she was employed as a Quality Control Coordinator with Courier Citizen for 35 years.
 Among her many activities, Connie was a member of the St. Rita's Church Cadets, St. Rita’s Women’s Club and was an avid Red Sox fan. But above all else, she loved spending quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
 In addition to her husband John, Connie is survived by three sons Steven P. O’Neill and his wife Vicki of Tyngsboro, MA, John L. O’Neill and his wife Kelly of Ashby, MA and Anthony J. O’Neill and his wife Jeanne of Lowell, MA; seven grandchildren Jarred O’Neill and his wife Kristine, Ashley O’Neill, Stephanie O’Neill, Thomas Burke, Julia O’Neill, Timothy O’Neill and Molly O’Neill; a great-grandson Matthew O’Neill and his mother Ana Alcantara; four sisters Bea Belleau of Lowell, MA, Delia Floyd of Pelham, NH, Alice Newell of Lowell, MA and Carol DiRocco and her husband Norman of Lowell, MA; a brother Anthony Bello and his wife Connie of Lowell, MA and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
 She was also the grandmother of the late Derrick S. O’Neill who died August 23, 2103.
 Connie's family wishes to give thanks to the wonderful nurses and staff at D'Youville Senior Care Center who provided Connie with exceptional care. 
 Friends may call at the O’DONNELL FUNERAL HOME 276 PAWTUCKET ST. from 3 to 7 P.M. Thursday. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass to be celebrated Friday morning at ST.
