  • Janet Junkins Haverhill MA  - Deepest Sympathy
To Dr. Megs Family, I just received the letter yesterday. I am so sorry for your loss she was always there to help me out. I first met her when I needed a vet to come to the house to put my beautiful pointer down, we all sat under a big pine tree outside with my 92 year old mother and Dr. Meg was wonderful. Peaceful and beautiful, then my mom passed a few years later and I adopted two german short haired pointers from the MSPCA in Methuen and Dr. Meg took care of them and then one got really sick and I had to put her down. Dr. Meg came to my house and I played beautiful Reiki music and my dog went to the other side very peacefully. Dr. Meg and Susan gave me a great big hug after. I'm sure there are a lot of animals that where waiting for her at the rainbow bridge when she crossed over. Dr. Meg say hi to Katie and Sam when you see them, give them a big hug. You will be deeply missed.

  • May Curran  - Former Andover Mobile Vet vet tech
I am so saddened by Meg's passing. She was such a gentle, generous and compassionate soul towards all living beings. I'm so glad to have met her when we were both volunteering at the Methuen MSPCA just before she started Andover Mobile Vet. It was both a privilege and joy to embark on that journey with her. She taught me so much, not only as a veterinary professional, but more importantly, what it meant to live a life of purpose. She will forever have a very special place in my heart. RIP Dr. Meg.
  • Bill Hawkins  - Devastation
Meg, for decades, successfully battled various demons of the worst variety. I only know a bit about this, but what I know is simply terrifying. Somehow, through all of this, Meg became a topflight engineer, and, a trusted confidante of everyone involved, on subtle engineering/personnel issues at Interleaf, one of the greatest engineering companies in history. Her scientific and anthropological skills were second to none, and were leveraged by all concerned. Nevermind that Meg had a truly great sense of humor, which always lightened the emotional load of interactions at the most adept moments. I find it simply wonderful that she became a Tufts Vet. Excellence again. Meg's death is truly devastating. Life is not fair.
  • Mindy Meyer  - Deepest Sympathy

I feel so fortunate to have known Dr. Meg. May the memories of her love and compation comfort the family she leaves behind.
  • Tish Bachmann and Bill McCartn  - Knox
My dog Knox had been lovingly taken care of by Dr. Meg and I will sorely miss her. I am shocked by her passing as her energetic, positive, warm loving self appeared at my door to care for Knox as recently as this fall. We extend our deepest condolences to you, her family, I often heard the joy in her heart when she spoke of her daughter. We will miss her.
  • Rosalee Zammuto  - Genuine and Caring
My family and I are deeply sadden by Meg's passing. Although I only knew her about a year and seen her only a handful of times, I felt she was a genuine and caring person. It was a blessing my Cousin Chris and she had found each other. They shared many good times. RIP, Meg.
