Loving mother and grandmother, 76
 
 Marcia A. (Lynch) Cryan, 76, formerly of Tyngsboro and Billerica, died Thursday morning, October 8th at Genesis Westford House with her loving daughter and granddaughter by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late James Thomas Cryan who died October 17, 2007.
 Born in Brighton, Massachusetts, October 14, 1938, a daughter of the late James F. and the late Dorothea (O'Donoghue) Lynch, she relocated to Billerica with her family and was a graduate of Billerica Memorial High School in the Class of 1957.
 Before retiring, Marcia was employed as a Medical Business Office Manager at various local doctors’ offices and nursing facilities.
 Among her many activities, Marcia was a member of the Rivier Prayer Community in Nashua and a former Eucharistic Minister at St. John the Evangelist Church in North Chelmsford. She also enjoyed shopping with her granddaughter and was an avid N.E. Patriots fan.
 Above all else, she loved the quality time she spent with her family, especially gatherings and dinners prepared by her cherished son-in-law “Stevie”.
 Marcia is survived by two daughters Kathleen Cryan of Madison, WI and Pauline M. Giordano and her husband Stephen of Tyngsboro, MA; her precious granddaughter Alexandra H. Giordano of Tyngsboro, MA; her dear friends Nancy Purcell, Diana Bedard and Paul Gauvreau; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings Judd, James, Albert, Dorothea, Virginia and Audrey.
 Marcia’s family would like to thank the compassionate staff and residents of Genesis Westford House, LifeChoice Hospice, Circle Home Hospice, the doctors and staff of Nephrology Associates, and Riverside Medical Group for their loving care and support for Marcia and her entire family.
 Friends may call at the O’DONNELL FUNERAL HOME 276 PAWTUCKET ST. at Fletcher from 4 to 8 P.M. Monday. Her Funeral will take place from the funeral home Tuesday morning at 10 o’clock followed by her Funeral Mass at ST. JOHN THE EVANGELIST CHURCH in North Chelmsford at 11 o’clock.     Pauline and Steve I am so very sorry for the loss of Marcia. It is with more sadness I am out of the state and will not be back to make either service. Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers at this very difficult time.
