Loving mother and grandmother, 79
 Margaret (Willis) Shepherd, 79, of Lowell, died Saturday, October 24th at Heritage Skilled Nursing Center in Lowell. She was the beloved wife of the late Raymond James.
 Born in Kansas City, Missouri, May 24, 1936, the daughter of the late Albert Edward and the late Fern Jane (Dalton) Willis, she received her education in the Huachuca City, Arizona school system.
 Before retiring, Margaret was employed as an Office Manager at the former Fort Hill Manor in Lowell.
 Among her many interests, Margaret loved sewing, especially patch quilts for her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed crocheting and knitting. She had a deep affection for country music and volunteered her time at the Merrimack Valley Food Bank in Lowell.
 Margaret is survived by two sons George E. Shepherd and his wife Lori of Milford, NH and Ernest J. Shepherd of Greensboro, NC; five grandchildren Terrance, Zachary, Makayla, Jacob and Libbie; and two brothers Sam Willis of AZ and William Willis of MA.
 In keeping in accordance with her wishes, there will be no calling hours and all Funeral Services will be held privately for her family.
