Edward Kobisky, Sr.

 
 
Loving father, grandfather and great grandfather;
 
 Edward Kobisky, Sr., 94, of Nashua, NH, died Tuesday, April 5th at Community Hospice House in Merrimack. He was the beloved husband of the late Betti (Scanlon) Kobisky, who died September 22, 1993.
 Born in Boston, MA on March 7, 1922, he was the son of the late Joseph and the late Antonina (Kzyzanowska) Kobisky and grew up in Billerica, MA.  He attended Billerica schools and was a graduate of Lowell Trade School.
 Previously, Ed resided in Windham, NH, Largo, FL, Ft White, FL and Spring Hill, FL.
 A veteran of WW II (1942-1946), Ed proudly served his country in the U.S. Army in the Asiatic Pacific Theatre.  He was a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 10094 of Indian Rocks, FL.
 Before retiring, Ed had been employed in the construction field as a Project Superintendent working in New Hampshire and Florida.
 Among his many activities, Ed enjoyed watching the Boston Red Sox, NASCAR, wrestling and old Western movies.
      Ed is survived by three sons and a daughter David Kobisky, Sr. and his wife Michele of Nashua, NH, Edward Kobisky, Jr. and his wife Wendy of Manchester, NH, Harold Kobisky of Nashua, NH and Maureen Franklin of Nashua, NH; his grandchildren David, Jr., Erik and his wife Erinn all of Nashua, NH, Daniel and Jon of Manchester, NH and Kristina Vachon of Nashua, NH;  two great-grandchildren Whitney and Emmerson of Nashua, NH; a brother in law Tom Scanlon of Lowell; and many nieces and nephews.
       He was also predeceased by two sisters Helen (Kobisky) Sharkey of Chelmsford and Mary (Kobisky) Droll of Lowell.
       All Funeral Services were held privately and burial took place at St. Patrick Cemetery in Lowell, MA. E-condolences at
