 Francis E. “Frank” Courtemarche, Jr., 86, of Chelmsford, died Wednesday, April 27th at the Palm Center in Chelmsford. He was the beloved husband of Donna K. (Collinge) Courtemarche who survives him and with whom he celebrated their 43rd wedding anniversary on January 20th of this year.
 Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, March 30, 1930, the son of the late Francis E. and the late Eileen (Demers) Courtemarche, he received his education in the Lowell school system.
 A veteran of the Korean War, Frank proudly served his country in the U.S. Army.
 Before retiring, Frank was employed as a truck driver with the Dupont Corporation. Previously, he was a long haul truck driver for New England Nuclear Corporation and a former bus driver for Tremblay Bus Company.
 Among his many activities, Frank was a member of the Tyngsboro Sportsman’s Club, the VFW Post #662 in Lowell and the Chelmsford Elks Lodge #2310.
 In addition to his wife, Frank is survived by many nieces and nephews; two grandnephews; and many dear friends
 He was also brother of the late Eileen Martel.
 According to his wishes, there were no calling hours and all services were held privately.

    I am sorry to read of Frank's passing. I worked with Frank at New England Nuclear/Dupont. I remember him as always having a smile on his face and telling a joke or two. My condolence to his family.
