Albert J. Plourde
Beloved father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother;
Albert J. Plourde, 87, of Tewksbury, died Tuesday May 17th, at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill, with his loving family by his side.
Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, February 16, 1929, the son of the late Hercule and the late Alice (Bois) Plourde, he received his education in the Lowell school system.
A veteran of the Korean Conflict, Albert proudly served his country as a Corporal in the U.S Army as a member of the Military Police.
Prior to his retirement, Albert was a Foreman with J.J. Duane Demolition Company in Boston, where he worked for over 30 years.
He was the former husband of late Phyllis B. (Falardeau) Plourde.
Albert is survived by his daughter, Patricia H. Lefebvre and her husband Robert G. of Tewksbury, with whom he made his home; a son Ronald J. Plourde of Lowell; two grandchildren Robert G. Lefebvre, Ii and his wife Angela of Sebec, ME and Laura E. Lefebvre of Tewksbury; a great granddaughter Macee Lynn Lefebvre; a sister Blanche Boutin of Lowell; and many nieces and nephews; and his longtime girlfriend Betty Ann Pollinger of Tewksbury.
