Shirley L. Doulames 

 
Beloved wife and mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend;

 
Shirley L. (Miller) Doulames, 86, a member of a well-known Greater Lowell family, died Sunday June 12th at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Florida.
 
She was the wife of the late John Doulames who died March 25, 1997.
 
Born in Lynn, Massachusetts on June 24, 1929, the daughter of the late Ellswood and the late Margaret (Brown) Miller, she attended Chelmsford Schools and was a graduate of Chelmsford High School.
 
Shirley spent her life working side by side with her beloved husband John in their family owned businesses, The Three Copper and Jon-Lames Real Estate.  While residing in Florida she worked as a real estate agent, and in her later years working in the assisted living business with her daughter Pamela.

Shirley was an amazing wife and mother who always put her family first.  A friend to many, she will be deeply missed by all of those who had the opportunity to know her.
 
She is survived by two daughters Pamela Tatro and her husband William of St. Petersburg, FL and Johannah “Jodie” Doulames and her fiancé Gerard Beausoleil of Lowell; a son Stephen John Doulames and his wife Casey of St. Petersburg, FL; four grandchildren William Tatro, Jr. and his wife Marie and Ryan John Tatro and his wife Carrie all of St. Petersburg, FL, Katrina Doulames and Juan Cintron of Lowell and Devyn Doulames of St. Petersburg, FL; two great grandchildren Lexiana Cintron and Ecko Tatro ; two sisters Lorraine Gregoire and her husband George of Chelmsford, and Naples, FL and Arline Palmer of Chelmsford; two brothers Forrest Miller of Chelmsford and Lawrence Miller and his wife Nancy of Cape Cod and Naples, FL; and many nieces and nephews.
 
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service Friday afternoon at the HELLENIC ORTHODOX CHURCH OF THE HOLY TRINITY in Lowell at 12:30 P.M. Burial will follow at the Westlawn Cemetery. E-condolences/directions at odonnellfuneralhome.com.
