Lillian G. Galloway


Loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother;
 
 Lillian G. (Kealy) Galloway, 85, of Dracut, died peacefully on Thursday, July 13th at her home with her loving family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard J. Galloway who died December 9, 1993.
 Born in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, October 22, 1931, the daughter and only child of the late Michael J. and the late Stella (Mitchel) Kealy, she attended St. Patrick Girl’s School and was a graduate of St Patrick High School in Class of 1949.
 Before retiring, Lillian was employed as a store clerk with Tedeschi Food Shops in Lowell. Previously, she worked as an office clerk at the former Harry Bassett Clothing Store in Lowell.
 She was a lifelong parishioner of St. Michael Church in Lowell.
 In her earlier years, Lillian enjoyed her weekend trips along with her husband to their special place up at Lake Winnipesaukee. Above all else though, being all about family, she especially cherished the quality time she was able to spend with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
 Lillian is survived by two sons Richard J. Galloway, Jr. and his wife Audrey and Mark D. Galloway and his wife Michelle all of Tyngsboro, MA; a granddaughter Lindsey M. Galloway; four grandsons James M. Galloway, Mark G. Galloway and his wife Aimee, Mark R. Galloway and Corey J. Galloway; two great-grandchildren Jameson M. Galloway and Jaxx J. Galloway; and several nieces and nephews.
 Friends may call at the O’DONNELL FUNERAL HOME 276 PAWTUCKET ST. at Fletcher from 4 to 7 P.M. Tuesday. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass to be celebrated Wednesday morning at ST. MICHAEL CHURCH in Lowell at 10 o’clock.
