Frances M. “Fran” Mello, R.N.

 
 Frances M. “Fran” (McCarthy) (Fucarile) Mello, R.N., 90, of Seabrook, NH, formerly of Lowell, died Thursday, January 29th at her home. She was the beloved wife of the late James A. Mello who died February1, 1999 and the late Thomas C. Fucarile, Sr. who died April 5, 1950.
 Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, July 24, 1924, the daughter of the late John J. and the late Marguerite (Baird) McCarthy, she attended Lowell schools and was a graduate of Lowell High School in the Class of 1942. She then went on to graduate from the former St. John’s School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse in the Class of 1948 and then moved to Woburn where she resided for many years.
 Before retiring, Fran was employed as a Registered Nurse for the Town of Bedford, Massachusetts as a District School Nurse for over 18 years. Previously, she worked at Winchester Hospital in Winchester, Massachusetts.
 Among her many activities, Fran was a member of the Seabrook Women’s Club, the Happy Seniors of Seabrook and the Mother Cabrini Nurse’s Organization.
 Fran is survived by a son Thomas C. Fucarile, Jr. and his wife Barbara of Londonderry, NH; three grandchildren Kathryn Tiessier du Cros and her husband Nils, Thomas C. Fucarile, III and his wife Emily and Kristen Audet-Fucarile and her wife Samara; and three great-grandchildren Daphne, Asher and Logan.
 She was also sister of the late Beatrice McCarthy and the late John J. McCarthy, Jr. and sister-in-law of the late Barbara McCarthy.
 In keeping in accordance with her wishes, there will be no calling hours. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Mass on Monday morning at ST. ELIZABETH CHURCH, ROUTE 1A, SEABROOK BEACH, NH at 11 o’clock. Private Committal Services will take place at St. Patrick Cemetery in Lowell at a later date. Richard J. Sturtevant, Sr., 57, formerly of Lowell, died Thursday evening at his home in New Bedford, MA.
 
Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, August 31,1957, the son of the late Winfield H. and the late Marion E. (Noonan) Sturtevant, he attended St. Michael’s Grammar school and was a graduate of Lowell High School.
 
Following school, Richard went on to join the U.S Marines where he proudly served his country.
 
Richard spent most of his career in the auto body repair business in Greater Lowell until his retirement.
 
In addition to his love of cars, he also was a big Elvis Presley fan.
 
Richard is survived by his daughter Dierdra L. Smith and her husband Kilder of Lowell; three sons Richard J. Sturtevant Jr., Darren J. Sturtevant and Michael P. Sturtevant all of Lowell; two grandchildren Kayden-james and Isabella Smith; two sisters Diane Murray of Billerica, Marilyn Foley and her husband Peter of Pelham, NH; a brother Robert Sturtevant and his wife Cathy of Lowell; and several nieces and nephews.
 
Friends may call at the O’DONNELL FUNERAL HOME 276 PAWTUCKET ST. at Fletcher from 9 to 10:30 A.M. Friday. His Funeral Service will follow in the Funeral Home at 10:30 A.M. Margaret J. "Meg" Randazza

Margaret J. "Meg" Randazza, 50, a Doctor of Veterinarian Medicine, of Andover, Massachusetts, and formerly of Lowell, passed away peacefully on Thursday evening, January 22nd at Mass General Hospital after a long illness with cancer.

Born in Lowell, Massachusetts on May 19th, 1964, the daughter of Michelle "Mickey" (Bourgeois) Randazza and the late Joseph P. Randazza, she was mother of Juliette M. Randazza, and the widow of Wayne C. Middleton.

Meg was a graduate of the Academy of Notre Dame, in Tyngsboro with the class of 1982. She went on to graduate with Bachelor and Master’s degrees in computer science from Brown University.

In 2005 she received a Doctorate in Veterinarian Medicine from Tufts School of Veterinarian Medicine.

Currently, Meg was the owner and operator of Andover Mobile Vet of Andover, a home veterinarian service to many pet owners in the Merrimack Valley.

Meg had many interests among them photography and gardening.

However, Meg's greatest joy was that of being a mother to her daughter, Juliette M. Randazza of Andover, a sophomore at her alma mater, Brown University.

Besides her mother Mickey and her partner, Polly, Meg is survived by her brother Peter and his wife Trish of Rye Beach, NH, and by her loving companion Chris Cormier of Andover, MA.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Memorial Service to be held Saturday evening, January 31, 2015 at the ARLINGTON STREET CHURCH, 351 Boylston St. in Boston at 6:00 P.M.  Kathleen M. (Mahoney) Herron, 89, of Lowell, died Sunday morning at Northwood Manor Nursing Home in Lowell.
 Born in Methuen, Massachussetts, June 5, 1925, the daughter of the late Steven and the late Mary (Gaffney) Mahone, she attended Lawrence schools and was a graduate of Lawrence High School.
 Prior to her retirement from Raytheon Corporation after 30 years, Kathleen was a Quality Control Person in the supply sector.
 A passionate Red Sox and Patriot's fan, she most enjoyed the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.
 Kathleen is survived by her daughter Maureen E. "Sissy" Bishop of Tyngsboro; two grandchildren Christopher J. Miller of Somerville and Paula A. Miller of Pittsfield, of NH; five great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; a daughter-in-law Kathleen Herron of Boxford, MA; and several nieces and nephews.
 She was also the mother of the late Thomas F. Herron and sister of the late Claire Morin, the late Steven Mahoney and the late William Mahoney.
