Beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather;

Chim Sao, 91, of Lowell, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on Monday June 5, 2023, at home surronded by his loving family.

Chim was the beloved husband of Deing Phoeuk of Lowell, MA, who survives him.

Born in Kandal, Cambodia, January 6, 1932, he moved to the United Sates in 1989.

Chim was the proud father of his five children: Chaoseng Sao and his wife Vanna of Australia, Mallee Norregaard and her husband Brian of Lowell, MA, Chaosen Chim and his wife Sao Ly of Lowell, MA, Reginald Chim and his wife Somath of Lowell, MA, Peov Davies and her husband James of Westford, MA; thirteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren also survive Chim.

Visiting hours Sunday, June 11, 2023 beginning at 3:00 P.M. at the Trairatanaram Buddhist Temple in North Chelmsford. Funeral Monday, June 12, 2023 8:00 AM at Trairatanaram Buddhist Temple. Burial in Westlawn II Cemetery
