Corinne M. Murphy
Beloved mother and grandmother;
She was the loving wife of the late Robert A. Murphy, and a long-time resident of White Plains, NY.
Born in Syracuse, New York, May 15th, 1927, the daughter of the late Francis P. and the late Agnes (Greene) Murphy, she was educated in the Syracuse school system.
Corrine received her Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree in Art History at Syracuse University.
Prior to her retirement, Corinne was a Director with the Arts Programing and Education for the Girl Scouts of the USA in New York City.
Along with her love of Girl Scouting, Corrine also enjoyed music, specifically opera, art with the focus of Folk art, and most importantly the love of being around her family.
She is survived by her daughter Kathleen Murphy her husband Peter Teto of Littleton, MA; two sons, Christopher Murphy and his wife Lily of Honolulu, Hawaii, and Brian Murphy and his wife Molly Wingate of Manitou Springs, Colorado; four grandchildren Kyle and Clare Teto and Gavin and Aidan Murphy; along with many nieces and nephews.
Corinne is predeceased by her two brothers Francis and Edward Murphy.
