Flavian M. "Fay" (Donahue) Wooster

Beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and aunt;

Flavian M. “Fay” (Donahue) Wooster, 94, of Newburyport, Massachusetts, formerly of Lowell, passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2026, at AdviniaCare in Newburyport.

She was the loving wife for 66 years of Joseph A. Wooster, who predeceased her in 2018.

Born in Lowell, MA, July 31, 1931, the daughter of the late Arthur R. and the late Blanche G. (Broadbent) Donahue, she attended Lowell schools and graduated from Lowell High School in the class of 1948.

Before her retirement in 1994, Fay worked in shipping and receiving at Lowell Lingerie Company for over 15 years. Previously, she worked at Capital Warehouse in the toy department. 

In her spare time, she loved traveling by car and taking long trips with her late husband. Most of all, she loved spending time with her beloved family, travelling from Lowell to the Newburyport area weekly where they all resided.

Fay is survived by two daughters, Jo-Ann Grossi and her husband John of Amesbury, MA, and Karen Bedard of Newburyport, MA; five grandchildren, Nicole DeRosa and her husband David, Jolene Grossi-Hogg and her husband Paul Hogg, Noelle Bedard, Jared Bedard, and Spencer Bedard; five great grandchildren, Jacob and Luke Grossi-Hogg, Ariana and Valentina DeRosa, and Callum Bedard; and several nieces and nephews.

She was the sister of the late James Donahue.
