Marguerite "Peggy" Bouchard

Marguerite Peggy Bouchard of Chelmsford, formerly of Lowell, passed away on Sunday December 6, 2020.

Peggy was the beloved wife of the late Germain J. Bouchard, M.D..

She was the loving mother of John G. Bouchard (Nancy) of Bend, Oregon, Charles S. Bouchard (Anne) of Glen Ellyn, IL, and Philip J. Bouchard (Jill) of San Francisco, CA,; Peggy is also survived by seven grandchildren: George, Olivia, Claudia, Liliane, Emmett, Alice, and Cora.

Peggy was preceded in death by her brother Francis Ricard and his wife Mildred.

Peggy graduated from the Academy of Notre Dame in Tyngsborough and was a member of the Alumnae Association. She served as the Director of Youth Concerts at Symphony Hall in Boston for 10 years. Peggy was active in the local community and was supportive of the Human Services Corporation, the University of Lowell Foundation, and The Boys and Girls Club of Greater Lowell.

Peggy was passionate about French cooking, antiques, rare books, and gardening, and was a member of the Lowell Garden Club for many years. She also enjoyed tennis and was a longtime participant in the Wednesday morning WAM Tennis Club.
